Year 5’s learning challenge for this half term….

For the first half of the Autumn term, Year 5′s learning challenge will be:

Who invaded Britain and why?

Throughout the term, Year 5 will be learning about different invaders and settlers including the Romans, Vikings and Anglo Saxons. We will be thinking about when and why these different groups invaded Britain and how they changed Britain after they settled here. We will also be generating own questions that we want to find the answers to which we’ll post as a comment on this post soon.
