Which foods are high in fat?
Can you design a leaflet or poster about healthy living?
Can you keep a food diary of everything that you eat to share with the class?
We can then work out if your diet is balanced!
Why do we need to exercise?
Can you put together a ten minute exercise to teach the rest of the class?Think about which muscles you want to target.
